Sushi Yoshimasa

Sushi Yoshimasa is a small sushi restaurant in Susukino, Sapporo, serving sushi made with seasonal Hokkaido ingredients. The omakase course runs through sushi, side dishes and dessert, and includes squid and sweet shrimp. The restaurant has two private rooms and eight counter seats, and can be booked through Hot Pepper or entered as a walk-in at 8 p.m. If you are not comfortable with Japanese, it is hard to follow the explanations of the ingredients.
