Shibetsu Jingisukan

Shibetsu Jingisukan is on the top floor of a building in Sapporo, where Hokkaido lamb is grilled yakiniku style. It serves Sabeitsu Suffolk leg, lamb tongue, loin, and shoulder, and staff grill the meat for you. Reservations are available, and staff explain in Korean using a translation app. There is no lamb smell, and the window seats look out over the night view.
