Nozawa

Nozawa is a Jingisukan yakiniku restaurant in Sapporo that focuses on raw lamb. It grills thick cuts of lamb loin over a strong charcoal fire. The restaurant takes phone reservations and has few seats, so it is nearly full in the evening. Ventilation is weak and the interior is smoky.
