Masuda

Masuda Udon is within walking distance of central Sapporo and serves warm udon and bukkake udon made with house-made noodles. Its signature dishes are meat udon topped with sweet and salty simmered beef and burdock udon served with crispy fried burdock. The shop opens at 11 a.m., and waits of 10 to 30 minutes are common. Seating consists of counter seats and four-person and two-person tables, and payment is cash only.
