Fujita Seafood Restaurant

Fujita Seafood Restaurant is a small open-front shop inside Nijo Market in Sapporo that sells seafood including hair crab, scallops, and shrimp. The hair crab is served steamed warm, and the scallops and shrimp can be ordered either as sashimi or grilled. It opens at 10 a.m. and closes early in the afternoon, with seating for about 10 people. Because there are few seats, a wait forms.
