Dalsegno

Dalsegno is a pizzeria near Odori Park in Sapporo that serves Neapolitan-style pizza. Its signature items are Margherita and Quattro Formaggi, baked in a wood-fired oven, with a chewy dough and a tangy tomato flavor. This is the second location of Dalsegno, which opened its main branch in Higashi Ward in 1988, and you can visit in the evening without a reservation. The dough sometimes comes out heavily charred.
