Ougiya

Ougiya is an izakaya on the second floor at the end of Nijo Market in Sapporo, serving dishes made with local ingredients. It offers sashimi omakase, aged potato fries, corn fries, kinki rice cooked in a pot, and sake. There is no Korean or English menu, but orders can be placed with a translation app and the owner explains the menu. The interior is a smoking area.
