Oga – Japanese Regional Cuisine

Oga is a Japanese course restaurant in Sapporo that serves sashimi, grilled dishes, and shabu-shabu centered on hair crab and king crab. The courses bring out crab gratin, steamed crab, crab meat rice with miso soup, and hoe of botan shrimp, octopus, and salmon in sequence. All seats are in private rooms, with children's chairs, children's tableware, and a nursing room. The crab dishes arrive one after another, with few dishes in between to change the palate.
