Hokkaido Dining Big Jug is a beer hall on the first floor of the Sapporo Grand Hotel annex in Sapporo, serving Hokkaido dishes and beer. Its original ramen salad, popular for 41 years, comes with noodles and salad ingredients tossed in a secret dressing. Beer arrives directly from the factory each day, and Sapporo Classic can be paired with dishes made from Hokkaido ingredients. Because it sits inside a hotel, food and drinks cost more than at a typical izakaya.
