DEUX Ermitage

DEUX Ermitage is a traditional cocktail bar on the 10th floor of a building in Sapporo, a three-minute walk from Susukino Station. It serves classic cocktails such as martinis and sidecars, along with Poligny and seasonal fruit cocktails. Opened in 1994, the bar has a long counter seating around 16 and a back bar filling the wall. A single female bartender makes the cocktails much of the time, so waits grow long when it is busy.
