Franco's Cafe

Franco's Cafe is a cafe on the hill of Pirgos Kallistis in Santorini, next to the castle, serving coffee, drinks and meals. It serves cocktails and coffee along with a music playlist. Guidance is to arrive about an hour before sunset, and you have to walk up following the signs. Because it is high up, it is easy to feel cold, and even with a blanket provided it is cold.
