Yagan Bihaeng

Yaganbihaeng is on the samgyeopsal street of the Cheongju traditional market in Seomun-dong, Cheongju. It grills certified Handon samgyeopsal, pork collar, and pork jowl over charcoal. The meat comes with bajirak-tang, and the ssam includes bangpungnamul and myeonginamul. The samgyeopsal has a chewy texture with a moderate layer of fat.
