속리산산채순대

Songnisan Sanchae Sundae is in Tapdong, Cheongju. Its signature dish is makchang sundae jeongol, made by cooking sundae inside makchang (beef abomasum). Sundae gukbap comes with sundae and somyeon. About six cars can park in front of the restaurant, and reservations are recommended because it can be busy at peak times.
