Samyeong Busok Gui

Samyoung Busok Gui is an old busok gui restaurant in Yeongun-dong, Cheongju. It grills cuts such as dwaeji kkori, ppolsal, jebichuri, and makchang, and serves cheonggukjang alongside. A seasoned sauce with scallions, garlic, and kimchi is cooked down and eaten with the meat, and meals are served outdoors when the weather is good. The menu is not large, and the place is not particularly clean.
