Samnammae Saeng Samgyeopsal

Sannammae Saengsamgyeopsal is a raw pork belly restaurant in the middle of the samgyeopsal street at Seomun Market in Cheongju. The signature method is to dip raw samgyeopsal in soy sauce and grill it. Each serving is 200g and comes with seasonal vegetable side dishes and doenjang jjigae. The meat is served together with the skin, which can make the texture chewy.
