Hongdo Hoejip

Hongdo Hoejip is a raw fish restaurant in the alleys of Seomun Market in Cheongju. Even without choosing a fish, basic dishes such as haesam, meongge, sora, hongeo hoe, and san nakji come out together. The hoe is cut thick, and plenty of maeuntang is served as well. The tansuyuk and jjajang have a strong sweet taste.
