Deodeok Sotttukkeong Samgyeopsal is a pork belly restaurant in Yongjeong-dong, Cheongju. Samgyeopsal and seasoned deodeok are cooked on a sotttukkeong, a pot lid used as a grill, along with gosari and aged kimchi. The seasoned deodeok can be refilled without limit, and rice is fried on the sotttukkeong after the meat. Parking space is limited.
