Cheongsimjae is a Korean restaurant in Sangdang-gu, Cheongju. It serves dwaeji gomtang, gukbap, naengmyeon, and bibim guksu, with a choice of clear gukbap or spicy gukbap. The Jinju-style naengmyeon comes as mul naengmyeon or bibim naengmyeon, accompanied by cheongjangyuk. Food comes out quickly, which suits a simple meal.
