Cheongdot is a samgyeopsal restaurant on Seongangil in Cheongju. The pork belly is aged with cheonggukjang, par-cooked in the kitchen, and grilled at the table by staff. Basic side dishes, lettuce wraps, and ssamjang are self-serve, and a nearby public parking lot is covered for one hour. In the evening there can be a wait even though the dining room is large.
