Aengcheon Sikdang

Aengcheon Sikdang is an old restaurant in Cheongju that serves home-style baekban. At lunch, the meal includes a same-day stew such as kimchi stew and anywhere from about 10 to 16 side dishes. The elderly owner runs the place alone, so customers take their own side dishes and rice and clear their own empty bowls. During the lunch peak, only baekban can be ordered.
