Teumsae Ramyeon

Teumsae Ramyeon is a small eatery in the basement of Sangam Nuritkum Square in Seoul that serves spicy ramyeon and cold rice. The ramyeon is about as spicy as Shin Ramyun, and the signature combination is mixing cold rice into the noodles. After several visits, the staff remember how well you like your noodles cooked, and waits form at lunchtime. The dining area is small, making it inconvenient when people pass by.
