Siraegi Myeongtaega

Siraegi Myeongtaega is a myeongtae-jjim restaurant in Sangam-dong, Seoul, serving myeongtae together with dried radish greens. The myeongtae-jjim is eaten by wrapping the dried radish greens and bean sprouts in seaweed, then finished with a single-serving pot rice containing turmeric and nurungji. The dining room is an open space with seven to eight tables, and the hwangtae miyeokguk is self-served. The portion of dried radish greens is small, so an additional order is needed.
