Sinheung Bujeon

Sinheung Bujeon is a jeon restaurant in Sangam-dong, Seoul, that serves Korean pancakes with makgeolli. The modum jeon is griddled to order and comes in a portion large enough for four or five people to share, and makgeolli and soju are also available. On rainy days the tables fill up, and seats go quickly on weekday evenings as well. The gap between tables is narrow, so the hall is loud and conversation is difficult.
