Sangam Gureumsan Chueotang

Sangam Gureumsan Chueotang is a restaurant behind the Hanssem building near Digital Media City Station in Seoul that serves chueotang and bossam together. Ordering chueotang brings four pieces of bossam and seasoned bean sprout muchim on the side, and there is also a chueotang made with abalone. The chueotang has no bones to catch on and a clean broth, while the bossam comes as tender cuts without any gamey smell. The makguksu has a strong sour taste.
