Saeng Gopchang Jip Sangam Branch

Saeng Gopchang Jip (formerly Jinmi So Gopchang) Sangam Direct Branch is a gopchang grill restaurant in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, serving fresh gopchang and modum gui. The fresh gopchang goes onto the grill without par-cooking, and staff turn and cut it at the table. Heart is chewy and daechang is tender, eaten with raw cabbage, pa kimchi, and gochujang pickles. The restaurant is open at lunch, and after the gopchang you can order bokkeum bap.
