Neoguri Kalguksu

Negu-ri Kalguksu sits on the basement level of an alley near the Sangam-dong community center in Seoul. It serves kalguksu, with bajirak kalguksu and pat kalguksu on the menu. The bajirak kalguksu uses thick noodles with hobak vegetables and a cool, sea-scented broth. Kimchi is the only side dish, and children's portions are served separately.
