Jokbo Kalguksu

Jokbo Kalguksu is a Korean restaurant in Seoul serving kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and bossam. Its gul bossam comes with seasonal oysters, tender bossam, sweet kimchi, and a bowl of soup for each diner. You can choose lean or fatty bossam meat, and the meal also includes domestic meat and sora. Jokbo Kalguksu closes on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
