Guri Dol Gopchang

Guri Dolgopchang in Seoul serves gopchang, daechang, and makchang. The modum is grilled with buchu and finished with bokkeumbap. When the gopchang releases too much oil, the kitchen drains it and brings the pan back, and a mildly spicy doenjang-guk comes with the meal by default. There is a wait line, so arriving early is the way to get a seat.
