Dongsin Hwaro is a meat restaurant in the Sangam-dong food alley that grills pork over a tabletop brazier. It serves black pork samgyeopsal, pork jowl, pork collar, and marinated galbi, with staff grilling at the brazier. The binchotan charcoal runs hot and the gap between the coals and the grill is narrow, so the meat burns easily. Side dishes come in small portions and refills are slow.
