Dorak is a restaurant in Sangam-dong, Seoul, that serves Jeju-style haejang-guk and dombe-gogi. Its Tamna Hyojonggaeng contains egg, noodles, and dried radish greens, with the seonji added separately at the table. When entering, diners choose white rice or brown rice, and after sitting down the haejang-guk, side dishes, and suyuk arrive right away. Mixing in the spicy seasoning makes the broth hot enough to cause coughing.
