Tsumugi Cafe

Tsumugi Cafe is a small cafe directly in front of Heian Shrine in Kyoto, serving sweet potato and matcha desserts and soft ice cream. The menu includes Hokkaido salted butter soft cream, roasted sweet potato soft cream, matcha pancakes, and Basque cheesecake. Each table holds one cat ceramic ornament, and the cafe is decorated around a cat theme. The cats are present only on set working days, so they may not be seen on the day of a visit.
