COYOTE Roastery

Coyote Roastery is a cafe near Demachiyanagi Station in Kyoto that sells coffee and roasts its own beans on site. Its representative menu items are a nutty, strong latte, a hand drip brewed with El Salvador beans, and a light-roast coffee. Beans are roasted in the store, and each ordered coffee is brewed with weight, temperature, and extraction time matched. There are only a few tables, so seating for staying long is limited.
