Boulangerie Oshow is a small bakery near Keihan Sanjo Station in Kyoto that sells komeko koppepan, buns made with a mix of wheat gluten and rice flour. The buns are filled with ham katsu, an butter, an whipped, or custard. It opens in the morning, and the shokupan is baked in the morning and sold from around noon. By noon or the afternoon, almost no bread is left.
