Yeojin Guksu

Yeojin Guksu Jeonmunjeom is a noodle shop in the alley in front of Dadae Middle School in Dadaepo, Busan, serving noodles, kalguksu, and sujebi. The menu includes janchi guksu, bibim guksu, and seafood kalguksu with chungmu gimbap, plus yeolmu guksu and kongguksu as seasonal items. Because the water is boiled and the noodles are cooked after an order is placed, janchi guksu does not come out quickly, and yukgaejang is available only in winter. At lunch, the wait after ordering tends to be long.
