Wonjo Bongpyeong Memil Myeonga

Wonjo Bongpyeong Memil Myeonga is a makguksu restaurant in Busan that serves buckwheat makguksu and perilla seed kalguksu. The mul makguksu is eaten with yeolmu kimchi, and the perilla seed kalguksu combines buckwheat and perilla seed. The noodles are made in-house, and the water used to boil the buckwheat is served like sungnyung. The kalguksu contains potato ongsimi, and the menu also includes buckwheat jeonbyeong and thin, chewy mandu.
