Sinpyeong Busan Milmyeon is a milmyeon restaurant near Sinpyeong Station in Busan that serves mul milmyeon and mul bibim milmyeon. The noodles are made in-house and served chewy, with herbal broth topped with ice flakes and a sweet-spicy seasoning, alongside fried king mandu and galbi mandu. The newly opened space is clean with wide seating. Bibim milmyeon comes with a small amount of broth, and the broth can be refilled without limit at the self-service bar.
