Sanhocho Hwetjip

Sanhoccho Hoetjip is a traditional hoe restaurant near the Hadan waterfront and the Nakdong River estuary in Busan, serving sea bream, olive flounder sekkosi, and large yellowtail. It focuses on the hoe itself rather than side dishes, with thickly sliced wild sea bream and chewy sekkosi. The house ssamjang mixes minced garlic, chili, ssamjang, and chojang, and service dishes come out with the hoe. The hoe is fresh, but prices run a little high.
