Myeongseong Hoetjip

Myeongseong Hoejip is a raw fish restaurant in Hadan, Busan, serving hoe and mulhoe. The hoebaekban set includes three kinds of hoe, squid hoe, maeuntang, side dishes, and odengtang. The seating was changed from floor-sitting to table-and-chair in the past year, and the interior was renovated. Rice is served in a form that can be shaped and eaten like sushi, and solo dining is available.
