Hyeoni Bunsik

Hyeonine Bunsik is a simple restaurant in Busan serving soup dishes such as kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and sujebi (hand-torn dough soup). Its signature kalguksu has a slightly thick broth with a flavor reminiscent of udon. The broth is characterized in contrasting ways: clean and full-bodied, or mild. Its flavor has a clear divide in preference.
