Hamheung Naengmyeon

Hamheung Naengmyeon is a naengmyeon restaurant in the alleyways of Goejeong, Busan, serving cold noodles and Hamheung-style dol udong. It offers both mul naengmyeon and bibim naengmyeon, and the dol udong comes with a cold broth and a sweet-spicy bibim sauce. Vinegar and mustard are added after tasting the broth first, and one menu item is mixed and eaten like bibim udong. Dol udong is a winter-only menu and cannot be ordered in summer.
