Golmogsal

Golmok Sal is a charcoal grill restaurant in Dadaepo, Busan, serving pork collar and samgyeopsal. The pork collar is grilled over charcoal to 80 percent doneness, then a staff member explains it and serves it to be eaten like steak. Tojang-guk has a sharp sour taste, and tomato bibim noodles can also be ordered. The dining space is somewhat small.
