Gaeseong Onggi Gomtang

Gaeseong Onggi Gomtang is an old gomtang restaurant in Dangni-dong, Saha-gu, Busan, serving clear gomtang, teuk gomtang, and kkori dogani tang. The meat is wrapped in raw cabbage with mu-mallaengi and garlic, then eaten with wasabi soy sauce and ginger. Teuk gomtang contains plenty of soft meat such as satae and yangji, and the clear broth has a deep flavor. The broth is clear but the meat aroma is strong, giving it a heavy feel.
