Chunhachudong Kalguksu

Chunhauchudong Kalguksu is a noodle restaurant in the area around Saha-gu Office in Busan, serving kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), patguksu (red bean noodles), and steamed dumplings. In summer, it also serves kongguksu (soybean noodles), and the kalguksu has chewy noodles with a light broth. The restaurant is run by older owners and is busy between noon and 1 p.m. It is in an alley where parking is difficult, and it closes every other Sunday.
