Cheongsongjib

Cheongsongjip is a freshwater eel restaurant with branches in Busan's Yeonsan-dong and Hadan areas. The seasoned eel is grilled and served with myeongnanjeot, deodeok muchim, white kimchi, and shredded ginger. The restaurant opened in 1975 in Eomgung, and the eel arrives already grilled; ordering rice brings jaecheopguk and myeongnanjeot as well. During the lunch peak, the eel takes time to come out.
