Arirang Moksal in Goejeong serves thick pork collar and ogyeopsal. Staff grill and cut the meat at the table, and the ogyeopsal is cooked until the rind is crisp. Dolpotbap and doenjang jjigae can be ordered alongside, and the staff tell you how well the meat is done. Portions are small and the prices are on the high side.
