This Busan barbecue restaurant serves samgyeopsal (pork belly) with a salad bar. The meat is longer and slightly thicker than at other restaurants, and diners take as many vegetables as they want from the self-service bar. The salad bar offers a wide variety of vegetables and is kept fully stocked. Naengmyeon (cold noodles) is also available.
