Taku is a bar in Dadae-dong, Saha-gu, Busan, serving tuna and salmon hoe along with salmon sushi and Nagasaki jjamppong. It sits next to a subway station and bus stop near Dadaepo Beach. Thick-cut salmon hoe and chewy flounder fin hoe are the signature dishes, and the Nagasaki jjamppong contains crab, shrimp, and squid. The interior and dishes are kept tidy, and the tantan nabe, made with thin noodles and plenty of bean sprouts, comes out spicy.
