The Nakdonggang River estuary in Busan is a birdwatching area covering about 84 square kilometers of wetland. Winter brings a range of winter migratory birds, and visitors can walk among reed beds and pink muhly grass and take photos. There is a lawn and a large parking area, where mats may be laid out but tents are not allowed. Fewer migratory birds are present in summer.
