Maseu Bakery

Maseu Bakery is a bakery in Seoul that sells salt bread, yakisoba bread, and pain suisse. Because it is a small operation where bread is made in limited batches, almost everything is sold out after 2 p.m. The shio pan has a crisp exterior, a chewy interior, and a strong butter aroma. The plain salt bread also has a pronounced butter flavor.
