Kawabata Zenzai Hiroba

Kawabata Zenjai Hiroba is a dessert shop in Kawabata Market in Fukuoka that serves patjuk and Japanese-style bingsu. The patjuk comes with lightly grilled glutinous rice cakes on top, and the red beans keep their texture. The bingsu is made in the old style, with ice shaved directly into the bowl, and green tea bingsu is one of its main menu items. Unlike Korean patjuk, the broth is thin.
